Insurance
Premier Hematology & Oncology accepts most major insurance plans, along with Medicare and Medicaid. Coverage can differ between plans from the same carrier, so please call our office at (313) 791-7992 to confirm your specific plan before your visit.

Preparing for Your First Visit
Please bring the following with you:
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- Current medication list
- List of allergies
- Relevant medical records, if available
- Recent laboratory or imaging results, if available
- Pathology reports, if applicable
- Any questions you would like to discuss with your physician
What to Expect
During your first visit, we will review your medical history, available laboratory results, imaging, pathology, and other relevant records.
Depending on the reason for your visit, additional blood work or testing may be recommended. We will discuss our findings with you, answer your questions, and review the next steps in your evaluation or treatment.
Medical Records
Having your records available before your appointment allows us to make the most of your visit. If you have received care at another facility, please ask that relevant records be sent to our office.
